Wintering was promoted to the rank of Captain on 07-30-95. He was assigned to Ladder 13 and EMS 11 on 3-unit. Captain Wintering was the promoted to the rank of Battalion Chief on 02-15-1998. B/C S. MOORE
B/C S. Moore: Date of Hire 07-13-87 His first assignment was Engine 21 / Squad 21 2-Unit for three years, then Engine 18 / Squad 18 2-Unit for four years. He was Promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in July 1994. First Assigned to Engine 1 2-Unit for 2 years. Then E-10 2-Unit for two years. Lt. Moore was promoted to the rank of Captain in July 1998. He was a Roving Captain in BN-5 for four and one half years. Then Promoted to the rank of Battalion Chief in April of 2002. B/C Moore was BN-7 for one and a half years, Followed as a roving B/C for one and a half years. Then assigned to BN-1 2-Unit for the last three years. B/C Moore has also served on the L-67 E-board from 1993 until 2001.
